Noah's Ark

A drawing I did years ago--this is a print of that drawing. I have also turned this into cards that are in color. The cards may be seen on my web site .
Aunt maria

Mezzie's Rainbow

Mezzie's Rainbow

She likes to paint when I paint---All the children do.
This is what a 3 year old thought a rainbow looked like---I thought it was very insightful for a three year old.
I have lots of drawings done by my children, grandchildren and now my great grands.
Psalms 127:3 Living Bible
Children are a gift from God; they are his reward.

Promise!!

Genesis 9:16,17-----Living Bible
For I will see the rainbow in the cloud and remember my eternal promise to every living being on the earth.
This was after a Saturday summer time thunder storm. I just wanted to share.

Mexican Sunflowers

They are so pretty and the seed pack said Mexican Sunflowers. The plants get very large and are covered with orange flowers.

Damson Plums

They will soon be ready for me to make pies and preserves . I would love to share some, the tree is hanging so full it is breaking some of the limbs.

Colors of the garden.

A few vegetables from the garden, I just love all the colors .

Beauty in the garden.

Butterflies everywhere.

Zinnas and butterflies!!

Some of God's beauty for us to enjoy.

What happened?

This beautiful butterfly has lost some of his wing but it didn't seem to stop his flower hopping.
I guess the summer rain or wind did this to him.
I noticed some others had part of their wings gone.

Turk

Turk is very special , he is a Dark Brahma Feather Legged rooster I raised from a baby chick. I call him Turk because when he was a young chick he ran like a turkey. I plan on getting a few more like him. He is a very gentle fellow and easy going.

Llama Indigo

She is a good girl.

Indigo

We all helped with the shearing----Next year we will cut it earlier in the year and cut it shorter.
This is not hair it is fine soft wool feel.

Hair cut.

Indigo was a very calm and easy to handle. She checked us out because she never lets us get this close. She smelled of us and looked into our eyes with her big beautiful eyes.

Indigo

We gave Indigo a hair cut ---not too short.

Tire Swing and Old Chicken House

This old tire swing got a good workout Sunday, July 13th.
But it sure looks lonely here. The Old Chicken House in background looks empty and sideways, but my chickens love it and lay eggs for me everyday and sleep there every night.

Miss Millie

The Martins do not like her walking around under their house. See the eyes on her face she didn't like the birds fussing at her.

Martin Birds

This year the Martins have been very happy they have raised lots of babies.
The Sparrows and Black Birds tried to take over with no luck this year.
This was an early morning shot of lots of activity and fussing.

SOOO ---Relaxed

Big Red and friends love dirt baths.

Bath time.

Hey children ---How about this kind of bath.
DIRT BATH
As I looked out this morning in my front yard Big Red and friends looked like they were trying to dig up the maple tree---No just taking a bath.

Dearie

The goats are always ready to have their picture taken---But they hope for bite of something out of the garden.

Hunter

Sure lots of work to do around here.

Hailee

This cute little face took pictures of herself, animals, flowers, Hunter, chickens and nanny.

Surprise!!

Hailee was having fun taking pictures of us working .
